Refunds are handled by the official seller, not by us

Gelagen Review is an independent review site. We do not process payments, ship products, or issue refunds. All purchases made through the "Check Price" links on this site are completed on the official Gelagen seller's checkout page and fulfilled directly by that seller.

What the brand states about its guarantee

Based on the brand's own published policy at the time of our last review, Gelagen is sold with a 60-day money-back guarantee from your purchase date, and the brand's own FAQ requests at least 30 days of use before requesting a refund if you're not satisfied.
